I have the exact same problem (xp home) and error message. I don't seem to have a Directory at "C:\Users\\AppData\Local\thirstycrow.net or possibly ..\Local\thirstycrow without the .net". Using the windows search function the onlyThirstycrow directory is the one in the program folder.
